Raw hair is completely unprocessed — it hasn’t been steamed, chemically treated, or altered in any way. Virgin hair may still have been steam-processed to create uniform curl patterns. Our REIGN hair is 100% raw, meaning you get the most natural, long-lasting hair possible.
How long does raw hair last? +
With proper care, our raw hair bundles last 3–5 years. The key is following a consistent maintenance routine: sulfate-free washing, regular deep conditioning, silk bonnet protection at night, and minimal heat usage.
Can I bleach and color REIGN hair? +
Yes! Because our hair is raw and unprocessed with intact cuticles, it takes color beautifully — just like your natural hair. We recommend using a professional colorist and always doing a strand test first.
How many bundles do I need for a full install? +
For a full sew-in, we recommend 3 bundles + 1 closure. For 14”–20” lengths, 3 bundles is perfect. For 22”–28”, you may want 4 bundles for extra fullness. Each bundle weighs approximately 100g.
What’s your return policy? +
We offer a 7-day return policy on unaltered, unused hair with original packaging and tags intact. Once hair has been washed, colored, cut, or installed, it cannot be returned. Please inspect your bundles upon receipt.
